Chain length (24") is adjustable so it can be styled with other pieces or worn on its own. Letter pendant is detachable with a custom gold plated connector, and makes changing out your Tres J charms seamless. Customizable with all letters A-Z, with some letters currently in stock. Return and exchange policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. As each collection is in limited numbers, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery & ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: (1) Custom or personalised orders; (2) Intimate items such as lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
